Peter Gerry

Mr. Gerry is a Founder and Managing Director of Sycamore Ventures.   Prior to the founding of Sycamore Ventures, Mr. Gerry was employed for 22 years at Citicorp Venture Capital, Ltd.  From 1983 to 1995, Mr. Gerry served as its President.

Since 1973, Mr. Gerry has consummated more than 100 investments.  During that time, he served on the Boards of Directors of 25 companies.  Mr. Gerry also served two terms as a Governor of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies ("NASBIC"), and for six years as a director of the New York Venture Capital Forum where he was President from 1985 to 1987. 

Prior to joining CVC, Mr. Gerry was employed at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. from 1970 to 1971 and at T.A. Associates in 1972. 

Mr. Gerry graduated from Harvard College in 1968 and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1973.  He joined CVC upon graduation from the Harvard Business School.
